在win7系统下的C盘，打开arduino.exe软件出错怎么办？

我的也是1.5.3， Galileo板子，使用Locale.Emulator.1.3.0.0进行局部语言的改变。前几天还没有问题，第三天就出现这样的问题，尝试好几次关闭反病毒软件，但是还是没有尝试成功，请各位大神们指教？

弄好了，在反病毒软件中找到对应隔离Galileo的文件，进行恢复和信任，防止下次再被隔离。
